Under the direction of the County Superintendent, t鈥媓e Charter Schools Department coordinates the programmatic and fiscal oversight for charter schools approved by the Santa Clara County Board of Education. The department also serves as a resource for Santa Clara County's charter schools, school districts, state and local agencies as well as families and communities.
